Hi Aco (hi Adam),

are there any plans to fix the buggy status menu for the chapters? If I 
set one chapter to "needs proofing", for example, that status gets 
passed down to the following chapter (or further still) the next time I 
look at the page, and the chapter I marked has a different status 
entirely! Makes it *very* difficult to coordinate long distance 
collaborations, since everyone gets the wrong information about which 
chapters to work on.
