[FM Discuss] Please publish "Making Sugar Activities" and add a link to the "Read" page

Thanks, James. I have started reading your work, and I like what I
see, especially your comment, "[A programmer] can figure out how
things must work, and from that figure out how they do work." This is
exactly the spirit in which Edsger Dijkstra wrote A Discipline of
Programming. What we want to accomplish in a program dictates the form
of the program.

I'll have more comments as I get a chance to read more.
