[FM Discuss] Lulu PDF Update for How to Bypass Internet Censorship

Hi there,

I'm just writing to ask if anyone has any objections to me updating the 
downloadable PDF and book available on lulu.com for the manual How to 
Bypass Internet Censorship (to be updated with the text from the Read 
section on Floss Manuals).

The plan is to see if we can update manuals on a monthly basis :)
