[FM Discuss] Chamilo manual

We now have a Chamilo manual which is ready to start work on.

Stefaan from Chamilo.org was thinking about starting with a developers 
manual in mid February, followed by teacher/administrator manuals. So if 
you'd like to contribute, please post to the list to coordinate
efforts :)
