[FM Discuss] GNU Manuals

I think FSF would like to do more, but doesn't have a pressing need for 
a new manual right now. I talked recently to Deb Nicholson at FSF. She 
suggested I contact a couple other leaders there to propose a new 
project. I don't know whether moving their existing books to FM will 
improve them or be worth the effort, but I can see whether they have 
other needs.
