[FM Discuss] "0% complete"

hi john -
thanks a lot for your reply. we (csound on floss manuals) do have
already the table of contents. i am the maintainer of this manual, but
i can't influence the status column of a chapter on the write page. so
i will ask someone of the fm maintainers to do it, when i made an
overview for myself.
