unfortunately it is a but tricky since the whacky way we have it set up
means we have to work out where the files actually are in 3 different
contexts:
/write
/read
and then booki...
after booki is here it will be simpler :)
sorry for the inconvenience. I agree with you about the necessity, but
its not a good idea to host the files right now (we change to booki in
the next days i hope)
