[FM Discuss] Book cover design by the RDC

hey James,

i am glad you like the cover. Im not particularly keen on it but it
doesnt matter. You should use it if you like it and put it on lulu :)

if you want it in the fm book shop i would generate another cover and
pass it by you - either we can do two releases (which is also ok) or you
just do one. whichever works for you
