[FM Discuss] changing the actual filename of a chapter

hi all -

is it possible to change the "Actual File Name" of a chapter? the  
background of my question: when i created the chapters for the Csound  
FM at the beginning, i didn't understand the difference of the section  
titles, the chapter titles, and the real file names quite well. so i  
made some stupid names which i now would like to change.

if this is not possible or not recommended: is it possible to copy the  
whole content of a chapter (with all the versions) in a new chapter?  
then i could do this, with a good name for the new chapter.
