[FM Discuss] Please publish both "ReadingAndSugar" and "ActivitiesGuideSugar"

I have just discovered that both of the OBJAVI problems I reported
were caused by my FLOSS Manuals not having sections.  In the case of
"ActivitiesGuideSugar" I had no sections at all, and in the case of
"ReadingAndSugar" I did have sections, but I didn't have one before
the first chapter.  I have corrected these problems and now OBJAVI is
working.

Please re-publish both books.  Thanks,
