[FM Discuss] objavi book production

The style looks great and it has it's own flavour.  

It would be cool to eventually develop half a dozen or so pre-set
publishing styles in Booki. I'm sure there are those out there who will
make great use of Booki but aren't css literate and would rather watch
grass grow than learn how to code style sheets (my wife Melonie is
definitely amongst this group).
