[FM Discuss] objavi book production

just goto booki, log-in and go here:

http://www.booki.cc/collaborativefutures/edit/

then in the 'Publish' tab (soon to be the 'Export' tab) click 'Show
advanced options. then choose 'Custom' under 'Css Mode' and put a new
CSS in that box. click 'Publish this book' when you want to see what the
book looks like with your css
