[FM Discuss] Please publish "Reading and Sugar"

I'd like for the book "Reading and Sugar" to be published so I can
more easily get its content reviewed.  The book does not have every
chapter finished yet, but there should be enough to criticize.

If time permits, I'd like for you also to change the link on the
"Write" page so that it is under the "Activity Tutorials" subheading
of Sugar rather than "Operating Systems and Hardware".  If you could
also change the name on the link from "Reading and Sugar" to "Reading
And Leading With Sugar" that would be helpful too.  I'm going to
continue to use the shorter title on the website, since the website
truncates longer titles, but the longer title is what I'd like the
"real" title of the book to be.

I don't want a link on the front page yet.  I'll ask for that when all
the chapters are done.
