[FM Discuss] Campcaster manual - streaming

Thanks for the feedback regarding Campcaster Mick, really useful.

We're in the process of migrating our documentation, website and 
developers platform right at this moment - Next step is to get all of 
those how-tos into the manual somewhere (and change all the Campware 
references to Sourcefabric! :) )
