I guess Cory's got a better press release mechanism than "What color is
my parachute" ??? :)
Perhaps we should approach Cory and mention all the others and what FM
is doing. If he adds reference to the others & FM into his next articles
or postings (which are very well known & well read, no matter what) then
perhaps that'll help FM ride along on his marketing (guerilla marketing
101 :)
As to the licensing bit - well, really, non-commercial or not, his use
of a CC license is light years ahead of the usual "locked away in
copyright hell" licenses that most content is published under. Perhaps
when CC/Gnu/etc licenses are the only ones any content is produced under
we can go grab some beers and sort it out. Until then, it's like the
Judean People's Front vs the People's Front of Judea while the Romans
just watch & laugh :) :)
Anyhow, just my 35c worth (damned inflation) - I reckon it's worth
getting in touch with Cory and ensuring he's aware of FM :)
Cheers,
Grant
