Adam,

I'm not much of an artist.  What I gave you is probably the best I can
do.  I wouldn't object to someone else having a crack at it, or maybe
having no cover image.  There are lots of screen shots in the book.
Maybe something could be re-cropped from one of those?

One of the images I proposed is only 600 pixels wide and I do use that
in the Introduction.  That's why I thought it would work on the cover.
