[FM Discuss] Creating a stub manual for Worldwide Lexicon

Adam said to post on the list about this. I need someone to help me set up a
stub manual for Worldwide Lexicon (www.worldwidelexicon.org). We are
planning to use FLOSS to document the translation system.
