[FM Discuss] Please publish "Reading And Leading With Sugar"

Please publish all the chapters of the book.  I have been working on
this book, both writing and research, pretty much every day and
yesterday I got an email from someone from OLPC France who is already
using the book as a reference.  If the world is that hungry for this
book I don't want to go too long between publishings.
