[FM Discuss] Proof copy of "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!" looks good

On Saturday I received the second proof copy of MYOSA and it looks
really good.  The fonts on the pages are larger and much more
readable, there aren't any sloppy page breaks, and the new cover art
by Oceana Rain Fields gives the book some needed color and visual
appeal.  The one flaw I found, and I take full responsibility for it,
is that the title on the front cover and the spine is

MAKE YOUR OWN SUGAR ACTIVITIES

with no exclamation point.  I had plenty of opportunities to spot this
before Anne Gentle submitted the revised cover so if this would be
even a little difficult to fix I can live with it.

Other than this, the book is beautiful.  It would not look at all out
of place in Oprah's Book Club and it would make a great stocking
stuffer for the geeks on your Christmas list.

I'm waiting on Anne to make the book available for purchase on Lulu.
I had sent her an email on Sunday and have not heard back from her.
If she is unavailable to unlock the book on Lulu is there someone else
who could do it?
