[FM Discuss] Uploading EPUB's to the Internet Archive?

I uploaded a PDF for "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!" to the Internet
Archive, and just like it does for the other books I've uploaded it
creates a bunch of "derived" files, including an EPUB.  Unfortunately,
the EPUB is pretty much unusable.  Fortunately I can create a good
EPUB with OBJAVI II, and I have.

Now I need to replace the bad EPUB with my good one.  When I go to the
entry for the book I can't delete the EPUB.  It doesn't even show up
in the list of dervied files.  I try uploading my "good" EPUB and it
uploads all right, but it doesn't seem to have replaced the bad one.

I know that Booki has a function to download, correct, and re-upload
EPUBs.  What is that program doing that I am not?
