I'm going to take a look at the topics. I suggest an "HTML by Example"
approach, where we start with the simplest possible "Hello, World."
page and then add features just a few at at time. I would encourage
readers to compare the new code with the rendered page each time
before reading our explanations.
Should we explain a Free HTML editor such as Quanta Plus in the process?
I assume that we don't want to get into CSS or JavaScript in this volume.

Good. I won't have time until after the elections here on Nov. 2.
