[FM Discuss] Pretty good PDF for Make Your Own Sugar Activities!

i made a few minor edits. mainly to explain to a booki user what FM is
as they probably dont know FM

i will post it on monday if thats ok with you (John has another one we
are posting tomorrow, and we are trying to publish 1 a day)
