[FM Discuss] Images in Reading and Sugar: A Possible Solution

Before I created a PDF using OBJAVI I modified the image in the
chapter "Converting Your Own Documents" to use the IMG tag without the
DIV tag, which is what the WYSIWYG editor supports.  I did this hoping
to get rid of the ugly border, which it did not do.  On the other
hand, it DID fix up the generated PDF.  This chapter alone seems to
have the image doing what we want it to do.  I would suggest that we
modify the images in all chapters to follow this example.  That will
get us a PDF with the image in the correct size and position, the
chapter heading correct, and no image border.

We'll still have to deal with the border on the website, but at least
the PDF will be good.
