Anne,

I've just received some cover designs and a cover image from our
artist at the RDC and posted them on Picasa here:

Any of the cover designs would work for me so I'll let you choose the
one that works for you.  The page count of the latest PDF was about 50
pages higher than the previous one, so you can use the latest PDF as a
guide for the spine thickness.  I want to add a bio of the artist to
the "About The Authors" chapter for the final PDF.  She already made
one for my other book so I can probably just copy that one.  In any
case the last PDF I posted a link to should be similar enough to the
final one for your needs.  The final might be a page longer at the
most.

I'll send a link to the final PDF when I have one.  I want the book to
stay private on Lulu until we've had a chance to check it out.  I'll
pay for the review copy; just email me with the amount and the address
to send the check.
