I finally saw the styled pages that the Rural Design Collective put
together for my second FLOSS Manual, "E-Book Enlightenment".  You can

These pages were created by generating an EPUB using OBJAVI and
styling it up using Sigil.  The pages look great on the screen and
even better printed out.  The Rural Design Collective is publishing a
limited run of the book in color.  They are sending me covers to sign
and send back.  I understand that contributors to their Kickstarter
fund will get copies of the book.  They were planning on having a
"Virtual Book Signing" with me and Howard Rhinegold both appearing via
webcam.  (The RDC is working with Howard on another book).  This fell
through, unfortunately.
