Hi James,

I've re-published Ebook Enlightenment for you.  

By the way I like your Idea of using a different font on the first
letter of a chapter.  I've seen a couple of really good decorative
black-letter fonts that would be perfect for that job, giving the
impression of a medieval text (unfortunately I can't remember their
names at present).
