[FM Discuss] Maintainer Permissions for Mifos Please

hey

i am fixing bookipublisher...can u try updating mifos...to add/update a 
manual to fm use getbooki - note use ff and double note- it takes about 
5-10 mins..i will improve this later but dont interupt the process 
unless it feels like it is hanging after 10 mins or so....bookipublisher 
has issues so be gentle :) im bug fixing as we go :)
