Adam - could you make me or Martin a maintainer for this Wordpress manual?

I wonder what the best way of doing this one would be. I get the feeling
that collaboratively setting the scope and chapters as a first stage and
then eking away at it bit by bit would probably suit our busy lifestyles.

Also what we are taking about doing here is creating a new manual from the
old one - a new version - it might be good to get advice from anyone who has
done that before in booki. I guess you have to be a maintainer for the
option to create a new version to be available to you. Is there anything
else we should be aware of?
