[FM Discuss] eloquent js

hi,

Elisa recently imported a very nice manual that has existed for a while:

As I understand it Elisa got permission from the author to include it in 
fm and wants to translate it to French (Elisa imported it from an epub)...

Its a *great* book but I think we need to clean up the layout a little. 
Anyone want to help go through it and just tighten up the look and feel?
