[FM Discuss] eloquent js

i'm having a look at this this afternoon & have started making some 
minor corrections :)

towards the end of the introduction, the author describes a console that 
can be accessed from the bottom of the browser; i'm not sure if he's 
referring to the error console that i can access from the tools menu or 
something different - what he describes isn't exactly the same. maybe 
it's something that was built into a previous version of the book? also, 
he talks about being able to run the scripts that are given as examples, 
but again i don't see the arrows he's talking about. unless these things 
are going to be in the final version, the text should be edited to 
remove the instructions.

also, the <pre> tag has been used to create beige boxes for the code 
examples, which looks good in the edit view of the pages. but in the 
"view" view, these boxes are not displaying. is there a different tag 
that should be used?
