There is a big problem with the generated PDF document : all the
non-latin (above extended ASCII) characters are wrongly displayed.
Example instead of having "Lời mở đầu" (Introduction) it shows as "Lá»
i má» Ä áo§u".

Thus it looks like as Unicode has not been supported when clicking on
the button "Generate PDF".

I have tested the "View all & print" button and printed the content in
a file (as PDF) this one works : I have a PDF with good characters. Of
course the structure of the document into chapters is lost and
hyperlinks are not active too.

I'm waiting for a fix of the Generate PDF problem before announcing to
the OLPC Vietnam mailing list :-/
