Thanks for the extra info, I've marked your ticket as a duplicate of the
ticket I filed a month ago:

We really do need a sysadmin team - both versioning and translation are
completely broken at the moment. I'd be glad to help out with that, but
sysadmins would need shell access to the servers at least.
