[FM Discuss] FM meeting end of Sept/early October?

We now have 9 responses, and the best dates are still Oct 3-5, with
Sept 29 to Oct 2 being second-best. How long do we need to meet for?
Should we try to rough out an agenda in order to figure that out?

To try to fill in numbers for the funding proposal:

> Accommodation
9 people * N nights * 30 euros/night at the venue Adam suggested

9 people * N days * 40 euros? Might be much less if we cook for ourselves.

> Transport
7 people * 500 euros on average (SWAG)
Adam doesn't need to travel, and mine will be paid by Mozilla.

I'd really to move this forward and see it happen. However, I won't
have the bandwidth to organize it, as I'll be occupied with preparing
for the event I'm attending on Oct 1-2. Who can take this on?
