[FM Discuss] front- and endmatter of e-books

Lachlan,

There are several things that OBJAVI does not currently put in EPUBs which
is relevant to this article:

* Title Page with Author Name, Copyright info
* Table of Contents, hyperlinked
* Section pages.  In other words, if the book has sections (as all FM's do)
put a page with just the section title just before the first chapter of the
section.
* cover image

I have been using Sigil to add these things by hand but there is no reason
OBJAVI could not put these in.  I have opened a ticket suggesting these
enhancements.
