[FM Discuss] Creating table of contents via anchor links

Hey all,
Digging up a somewhat old thread but wanted to see if there had been a
solution found. If not, should I log an issue on the booki trac site?
Relates back to problem of attempting to create internal links within
booki. Back in May, Luka was looking into a solution.
