[FM Discuss] LibreOffice manual published

Hi, it is fine, I did just a couple of little changes. Thanks!

The Finnish version of Open Life by Henrik Ingo is almost ready to be
published for collaborative editing. I think I might publish the Finnish
version tomorrow and then copy the English version into the English wiki a
couple of days later.
