[FM Discuss] BookiPublisher lite

ok cool.

There are a few things missing from the HTML export that I discovered while
doing this.  I'm wondering how to go about solving these.  I have a little
time to do so.

   - forward and back links
   - page title
   - highlighted page in the CSS

Bug tracker for objavi, maybe? Let me know.
