[FM Discuss] fm first donation button

We are forming strategies for raising funds for FM. Our first minor 
action is the donation button here:

We never want to be too in your face but we do need donations. I think 
this walks a nice line. Happy to discuss this further of course if 
anyone thinks this is a bad move :)
