Adam,

You are amazing at being the glue in the sandwich and the sugar on the porridge. I'm not saying that fm or booki are driven by any one particular person, but you certainly demonstrate tenacity.
So... well done Adam, Aco, Douglas, John and everyone for arriving at this point! 
And your support needs supporting. Or something.

so...just to cut a long story short. one of the center ideas for we
developing booki was to hand over a lot of the admin to 'you'. you can
see this - it is no longer 'just me' (or john) that can set up new
manuals etc...

still i need to do some stuff and i also ask John to do a lot. At the
moment I am happy doing so and I dont want to yet start handing out ssh
passwords to the server for the extra hacky admin stuff i still need to
do.

so once we have booki everywhere (across all fm languages and the
translation zone) and once all the admin tools are in place then i am
happy to share the load more, infact i think it will 'just happen' since
i will not be required for a lot of this stuff - people can just get to
it and do it themselves

until then i will still be happy to do the admin but need some
understanding on the requesting end that requests come nicely, timely
and i am not an employee of whatever org you might work for  :)
