[FM Discuss] forums (yeeech)

Forum software that works well for Q&A doesn't work so well for
general discussion, and vice versa. For Q&A, it's good to be able to
"bubble up" the best answer, so later readers won't have to dig for
it. For general discussion, it's preferable to maintain the thread
ordering of posts.

So, first we need to decide what the purpose of the forum is. Is it
tech support, or more general discussion and community building?

Regarding features, I would like to have an RSS feed.
