Pretty much. You've been empowered - go for it. And to answer your
question what is a sprint: it's when lots of ppl with a common goal
get in the same space and crack it. Coders use it when bug hunting (to
fix, test and update in a very fast cycle, churning through them) or
feature developing (to get momentum and ideas rolling). Flossmanuals
use them to go from idea to book in a week or less. Adam has written
essays on sprints which I'm sure he can share :)
