[FM Discuss] starting a manual ...

great :)  i won't create it yet as it's going to take a while for the 
manual to be ready (we are waiting for a new media management system to 
be ready for testing & then i'm going to need to rewrite quite a bit of 
the manual) but when it is ready i'll create the group "digital arts", 
unless anyone comes up with anything better in the meantime.

& i'll have the bretzn standing by just in case ...
