Edward,

You probably are aware of how "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!" came
to be translated into Spanish.  There is no reason that the other
manuals could not be done in the same way.

1).  Ask for a manual to be set up in the book translating TWiki for FM.
2).  Create a machine translation of the chapters using Babel Fish.
3).  Ask native speakers to improve the translation.

Caryl Bigenho was a big help getting this rolling, as she is fluent in
Spanish and can recruit native speakers through the mailing lists.
She did quite a lot of work on the translation of MYOSA herself.
