[FM Discuss] equations now work

The preview pane does not show anything when creating a formula. The
Show MathML button does nothing when creating a formula. The Cancel
button does nothing.

Is there a way to reopen a formula to edit it? It appears as an image,
with no apparent way to get at the defining code, although the code is
viewable in a rollover and from a menu selection. Oh, here we go.
Clicking a formula and then the math editor icon brings up the editor,
but it doesn't do me any good. The source text is still scrunched into
one column, and the preview shows code like

The spacing between elements is wrong.

The panel of math symbols still shows small cap pi, but now lower case
pi correctly appears in the formula.

I have attached a page of samples of mostly elementary material.

I saw one instance of dy/dx. Were there supposed to be any other formulas?
