[FM Discuss] new fm

hi

i am currently installing the new php scripts for fm on the fm english
site. it will work on monday in time for SourceFabric to launch their
new manuals on fm.

later we will use this with the french and finnish fm communities. At
the moment there is a programmer in finland (I will introduce next week)
working on a localisation workflow for booki. once this is done we can
implement the french and finnish bookies and then the new php scripts
also.

these php scripts - for those that are curious, replace the rest of fm.
currently we threw out the old 'write' section (where manuals are
written) and replaced with booki (booki.flossmanuals.net). Now we
replace the rest of fm with a system to work with booki for enabling the
templated publishing of manuals to fm with epubs and pdf linked AND
remix, comments,blog etc...
