[FM Discuss] equations now work

I attached my page of math samples again.

First equation: There is a space before the + sign, but no space between + and 1
+1
+ 1

Second equation: Too much space in dx.

Fifth equation: There should be a thinspace between sin and cos
function names and their arguments (theta).

Numeric exponents are too large, even though variable exponents are
sized correctly.
