[FM Discuss] feedback on the fm (booki) workflow

Adam,

The user would create his own cover image, 600x800 pixels. He would
upload the cover image to the book, but would not link to it from any
page in the book. However, the Attachments tab, which currently has
checkboxes next to each image, might have radio buttons for each image
going down the right hand side. This would enable the user to
designate one and only one of these images as the book cover.

The Table of Contents would be generated automatically, as it is now
when you create a PDF, but the TOC for an EPUB would have no page
numbers and it would be linked to the chapters.

One thing I forgot to mention: There would need to be some way to
update the meta tags for the EPUB to indicate author, translators,
artists, etc. This information should be shown on the PDF title page
as well. People need to be able to take credit for their work. The
team translating MYOSA into Spanish asked my permission to put some
kind of note on each chapter to indicate who did the translation. I
told them to go ahead and do it.

When MYOSA was in TWiki there was an auto-generated chapter listing
who did what. When it got migrated to Booki the original template was
converted into the static contents of the chapter. The new book I'm
writing with my home Booki doesn't have an auto-generated Credits
chapter either. What happened to that?
