no great ideas, just some experiences from writing the csound floss manual:
1. i'd love to be able not just to publish a new version but also to put
it on the floss main read page.
2. we couldn't upload some (small) soundfiles and csound-textfiles
(which are just as .txt but with .csd as suffix). it would be much
easier if we could do this.
