[FM Discuss] Case sensitivity in URLs

Hi. We've noticed that the FLOSS Manual URLs are not case-sensitive. For 
example, both of the following URLs work.

http://en.flossmanuals.net/Thunderbird/
http://en.flossmanuals.net/thunderbird/

However, if the URL is not in lower case, the links to the EPUB and PDF 
documents are broken. For example, on http://en.flossmanuals.net/VLC, 
the PDF icon tries (and fails) to resolves to 
"http://en.flossmanuals.net/<pdf-location/>/"

Could somebody have a look at this please?
