Someone is reporting that the web format PDF that you get from the
publish FLOSS Manual will not open correctly in Windows.  I had a
simiular experience with that.  It might be something to look into.

There is a copy of the book  in "FLOSS MANUALS", but the PDF version
it can not  be opened  on windows.

I tried to open the PDF version on 4 different machines with windows
XP and I couldn't open it, with Adobe Reader 7, 8 an 10.

In Linux I opened  the pdf without problems, and I also opened the PDF on an XO.
